Indian Summers

So, september rain was staved off by the sun. Another indian summer has happened upon us this year, and I locked myself away for a few days of it, trying to force some stuff out. Everyone knows this just isn’t the done thing. The september sessions blighted by a lack of focus and energy. 70ft Fall has gone on hiatus at least until Christmas. Booking out rehearsal rooms just doesn’t have the same effect for solo work as it does for a band jam session. Still, progress is steadily being made on an album. I’m not sure now if it’s the same one that I set out to make 10 months ago, but it’s not a bad thing. At least I’m not treating it as one. Just checking in at the moment. More will come.
